Randy Shawn entered the ring with a surprise guest, Mr. Brian Cairo. Randy announced that Cairo would be in his corner for the main event. He started to insult the crowd and his opponent when Darley Desamot entered the ring to confront Randy. After an exchange of insults between both men, Randy hit Darley with a cheap shot and left.

In the first ever Dog Collar match Randy looked like he was about to win when he told Cairo to hit Darley with the LPW Heavyweight Championship. Darley moved at the last moment and Cairo hit Randy. Darley then scored the pinfall.
Immediately after the main event, Scotty Slade came to ringside to talk to Darley Desamot. Coach Webb entered the ring and struck Darley in the head with the Opportunity Knocks Contract. He announced that he wanted a match for the LPW Heavyweight Championship. Scotty brought Tony S. to the ring and the match became official.

- When referee Miguel Cabrera wasn’t looking Elia hit Chris with brass knuckles. He got the pinfall victory to win the LPW Hard Knox Championship. Soon after Miguel saw the brass knuckles and disqualified Elia.

It appeared he would assist Darley but he also attacked Darley. After the match all three men attacked Darley until Swilly O’Brien came to ringside with a steel chair.

- Jason Blade was unable to attend Fall Frenzy due to travel issues so the winner of this match would become the number one contender for the LPW Heavyweight Championship. After the match Eddie had some kind words for Anthony, called him the future of wrestling, and wished him luck in his championship match.

- During the match referee Miguel Cabrera was incapacitated and Ricky and Scotty attacked Darley. Former LPW Heavyweight Champion “Coach” Mike Webb entered the ring. It appeared he would assist Darley but he also attacked Darley. After the match all three men attacked Darley until Swilly O’Brien came to ringside with a steel chair.

Randy Shawn and Brian Cairo never with a loss for words, announced that Randy would end the career of Stone, if Stone did not just leave. Sweatboy Christopher James, a life long friend of Anthony Stone came to his aid and ended up cashing in his Opportunity Knocks Contract to become the NEW LPW Hard-Knox Champion.
Bitter Club first defeated Royce Bishop and the Patriot when Bitter Buddy pinned the Patriot after using a chain, but Referee Tony S, noticed the chain and he ended up DQ the Bitter Club.
Isana beat Davienne by DQ when Alisha pulled referee Tony S out of the ring stopping Davienne from winning the match. Tony announced that since Isana is now the top challenger for the LPW Women’s Championship Alisha would put her title on the line right then.
Alisha would hold on to the LPW Women’s Championship by pinning Isana with the help of Davienne to show that they are together in a stand against the new talent in New England.

The Horsemen of Donovan Dijak, Scotty Slade & Mike Webb defeated All Good Anthony Greene, Elia the Great and Christian Casanova. After the match a “thank you Dijak” chant broke out, Donovan Dijak took the microphone to address the crowd. In Horsemen fashion Dijak announced “thanks for nothing”.
After intermission, The Heavy Hitters walked into the building, doing a facebook live video. Saying they should be the tag team champions. They were not getting calls back from LPW management. Shay Cash dragged local wrestling trainee Avery into the ring. Tony S came out with officials and the Tag Team Champions to stop the rant. Tony S announced that Heavy Hitters will get 1 final chance at the tag team titles on Oct 14 in a last team standing match.

Cam denied the fact that it was him, which made Mr Brian Cairo come out from the back and talk about how Cam took his money and the plan is set. When Zagami told Cairo to get lost, Vicallo attacked Cam, then hit the Flatliner on Davienne. Cam jumped on the turn coat and the 2 friends brawled to the floor. Vern would set up a chair and use the flat liner on Cam on to the chair. Then set his aim at Sr official Tony S, who was protection the fallen female Davienne. After the match, Vito came out of the locker room with Greene in a dress. Nunzio and Vito chased Sople from the ring and both of them told Greene not to bad month legends ever again. Nunzio and Vito continued to beat Greene then Vito delivered a Vito splash.)
